Hypocrisy

Nobody does hypocrisy better than these two (graphic from BushSpeaks.com).

Unfortunately these two blithering idiot hypocrites have influenced the thinking of many dull-witted and superstitious Americans. Their harsh religious fanaticism spotlights them as moral cousins to the Taliban. Through their involvment in American politics they have attempted to force their religious agenda upon everyone, perfectly underscoring why the founding fathers wisely intended a complete separation of church and state in this country (which unfortunately was never completely accomplished). Because many lazy and stupid people buy into their perverted Christian value system, they are a significant part of the reason why America is in decline today. For example:

There are many more possible examples to offer, these are just some of the most egregious examples of Christian hypocrisy in action even today. It does however boil down to a single root problem, and that is that modern Christianity has almost completely lost sight of the actual teachings and example of Jesus to focus instead on creating legions of followers in various cults and sects about Jesus, rather than simply living the religion of Jesus. If he were alive today, I think that Jesus would throw the money-obsessed Robertsons and Falwells out of today's temples of worship too.

Christians use these evil religious memes to justify mass murder and anything else just as much as any fanatic Islamic. Many of them do believe in the Apocalypse, or end times when Christ will return blah blah blah. The world's gonna end horribly and only the true believers will be saved. We've all heard it before but I never realized before how many people actually believe it. I wonder, if enough of the right people believe in it, can they make it become a self-fulfilling prophecy by deliberately causing the events that they think might bring about Armageddon? We are most likely talking about global thermonuclear war here.

Diseased Thinking

Like a misfolded protein can produce Mad Cow Disease, misfolded ideas can lead to psychopathologies, real diseases of the mind. Most of us could probably agree that Islamic death cult fundamentalism glorifying mass murder is diseased thinking, like most would probably agree that Hitler's aggressions were the result of diseased thinking too. Unfortunately only a few see fundamentalist Christian thinking for the psychopathology it is, and the aggressions of George Bush Junior may differ quantitatively but apparently sometimes not qualitatively from those of mad Adolf (broken treaties, preemptive war, concentration camps, police state, etc.).

Michael Ortiz Hill perfectly nailed the national mental disease that resided in the White House as Bush's Armageddon Obsession in his article GEORGE W. BUSH & THE APOCALYPSE:

George W. Bush is certainly the plaything of such forces as the geopolitics of oil but it seems that he is susceptible to other even darker archetypal concerns. Let me be blunt. The man is delusional and the shape of his delusion is specifically apocalyptic in belief and intent. That Bush would attack so many vital systems on so many fronts from foreign policy to the environment may seem confusing from the point of view of realpolitik but becomes transparent in terms of the apocalyptic worldview to which he subscribes. All systems are supposed to go down so the Messiah can come and Bush, seemingly, has taken on the role of the one who brings this to pass.

. . .

It is not inconceivable that Bush is literally and determinedly drawn, consciously and unconsciously, toward the enactment of such a scenario, as he believes, for God's sake. Indeed the stark relentlessness of his policy in the Middle East suggests as much.

. . .

The world has been readied for the fire but the critical element is the Bush Administration. Never in the history of Christendom has there been a moment when this rogue element has carried anything like the credibility and political power that it carries now.

Mr. Hill made a strong case for why we should all have had great concern that the real agenda of George Bush and Company was to usher in the end times. Naturally they would consider themselves above the law and on a divine mission, just as much as any Islamic suicide bomber. Except they had their fingers on nuclear triggers. Fortunately they did not proceed with nuclear attacks and fortunately President Obama appears to desire a reduction in the nuclear threat, but only time will tell. If that changes your best protection will be radiation knowledge, radiation detection equipment, and other necessary items like water filters which you can get at nuclearsurvivalist.com.
